Mediante Metodo Tensioni Ammissibili si ricavano le seguenti tensioni: (Using classical methods the following tensions are obtained:) concrete sigma_c = 6,53 N/mmq steel sigma_s = 376 N/mmq Dai diagrammi Momento- Curvatura è possibile ricavare le seguenti tensioni: (The following tensions can be obtained from the Moment-Curvature diagrams:) cemento sigma_c = 6,13 N/mmq acciaio sigma_s = 391 N/mmq Mediante un programma Multifisico – Meccanico come ABAQUS è possibile produrre un modello FEM della trave in calcestruzzo e inputare all’interno di essa anche l’armatura. When designing a concrete structure with a classic FEM for civil engineering the reinforcement is not input but is calculated and / or verified downstream after calculating the stresses. If you use an FEM that allows you to insert the reinforcement already in the initial input phase, there are differences. In particular, differences were found in the tensions in the steel of the reinforcement which with the classic FEM was next to yield-strength while with the mechanical FEM it was still in the elastic phase. The tensions in the concrete of the center section are comparable while for the fixed section in the classic FEM model the tensions are not verifiable as the soliciting moment exceeds the resistant moment while in the mechanical model this does not happen. The deflection in the center is of the order of a millimeter in both cases.
